Type of organization: Advertising agency
Objective: Develop and sell brand strategy formulation as one of its client services.
Challenge: The advertising agency was not perceived to have the front-end brand strategy formulation competency, for this reason, it was losing some business to competitors in competitive bidding situations.
Solution: Worked with the agency head to develop an agency-specific brand strategy formulation process, developed a PowerPoint presentation communicating the process (which it will integrate into its new business proposals), trained its management and account management teams in this process.
